The Investing Engine

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Plain-English summary: The Investing Engine is a publication and a measurement tool, not financial advice. Everything here is information about a rules-based system and how it performed on historical data — it is never a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The free proof rig and API are provided as-is. We do not offer our paid service to people in the United Kingdom. Use it, check our receipts, and make your own decisions.

1. What this is

The Investing Engine ("we", "us") is an impersonal financial publication and a trading name of AI Process Automation Inc, a Wyoming corporation (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). It publishes the historical and ongoing record of a fixed, rules-based investing system, plus a free proof rig, an API, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that let you inspect that record yourself. By using the site, the API, or the MCP, you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing we publish — on the site, in the API/MCP responses, in videos, or in emails — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any strategy. The content is impersonal and identical for everyone; it is not tailored to your circumstances and does not account for your objectives or risk tolerance. We are not your adviser or broker. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult your own licensed advisers before acting.

3. Simulated vs. live results

Much of the record is simulated — hypothetical results computed by applying the rules to historical data, disclosed as such. Simulated and back-tested results have inherent limitations and do not represent, and are no guarantee of, future results. Where we show a live record, it is a real, hash-committed track record, but past performance likewise does not guarantee future performance. All figures may contain errors; we correct them on the record when found.

4. The free proof rig, API, and MCP

5. Who may use the paid service — and who may not

The site and free rig are available broadly, but our paid membership and commissioned work are not offered to, and may not be purchased by, persons resident in the United Kingdom, nor to anyone on a U.S. sanctions (OFAC) list, nor where prohibited by local law. We market only in the United States. By purchasing, you represent that doing so is lawful where you are, and we reserve the right to refuse or refund any order from any jurisdiction.

6. Membership (when it opens)

Paid membership is capped, billed annually, and paid by bank transfer only (no cards, no crypto). It carries a 14-day full-refund window from the date of payment and no refund after that, as the sole refund mechanism. Seats return to the waiting list at the end of a term. The full membership terms and attestations are presented at the point membership opens and govern any purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The system's rules and parameters are proprietary and are not licensed to you — the offer is to audit the process and the record, not to obtain the formula. The published figures, text, video, and the record are ours or our licensors'. Data you receive through the API/MCP is for your own inspection and analysis; you may not redistribute it as your own product or service.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any investment decision you make or any loss you suffer in connection with the service or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that state.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and material changes will be noted. Questions: hello@theinvestingengine.com.
